What is Reach Out programme

Reach Out programme offers free and confidential support service for New Zealanders concerned about the extreme or violent behaviour and views of a friend, peer, or loved one. If you are worried about someone in your life and not sure what to do, we are here to help.

This programme is for everyone in New Zealand, no matter their location. 


Our services are free and offered without judgment, regardless of your background, circumstances, or beliefs.

We believe that you shouldn't have to struggle alone

We know how hard it is to support others in your life who are struggling and exhibiting extremist views, whether it be a friend, family member, or student. We're here to guide you through the process of seeking professional help so you don't have to go through this alone.
